Guest Ratings & Reviews
A great find in the heart of the medina! The rooms are luxurious and beautifully decorated, making me feel like a sultan. The service is top-notch, with a focus on every detail of my stay. The location is a labyrinth but charming, close to the buzzing Jena el-Fnaa plaza. The dining experience is a treat, especially with the freshly squeezed juice. The facilities are stunning, a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.
I found this hotel to be in a prime location, right in the center of the Medina, which was perfect for exploring the old town. The rooms were decorated beautifully with red rose petals, adding a romantic touch, but were a bit on the smaller side. The service was exceptional, especially with their room service and housekeeping. However, navigating through the confusing maze to find the hotel could be a challenge for some. The traditional Irish pancakes served at the dining area were a delightful surprise, although the pricing was slightly on the higher side. Overall, the facilities were top-notch and provided a comfortable stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of the medina and easily accessible to various attractions. The rooms were cozy but with a touch of elegance, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. On the downside, the dining options were a bit limited, and the price was a tad higher than expected.
The hotel is such a gem, nestled right in the center of the old town, close to the main market and within a stone's throw from the most amazing restaurant. The rooms are cozy, but the service could be improved. The value for money is decent, given the convenient location, but some facilities need an upgrade.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are cozy, with red rose petals adding a special touch. The service is exceptional, offering various conveniences like room service and airport shuttle.
This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town with lovely traditional decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious but could use a little more modern touch. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The central location is perfect for exploring the bustling Medina, just be prepared for a maze-like adventure. Dining options are limited, but the local cereals are a delightful touch. The small courtyard is a charming spot to unwind, but additional facilities would elevate the experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the Medina and close to everything. The rooms were beautifully decorated with red rose petals, adding a touch of romance to my stay. The service was exceptional, offering a wide range of amenities from room service to tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining experience with raw fish was not to my taste, and the facilities could be improved. Overall, a delightful stay with great value for money.
